It is arguable if one should be so close to his money when sleeping but it is definitely an innovative design developed with the idea that one need not worry about where to keep their money or investments.
It is called Caja de Ahorros Mi Colchón, which literally allows consumers to keep money under mattress. The mattress was innovated by Paco Santos. It apparently sells for about 875 Euros. The bed is featured with a small safe inside. Paco Santos explained that people were not confident about putting their money in the bank because of obvious problems.
