Yaytas has been producing ergonomic mattresses under Drowys brand since 2009. The company launched new models, exclusive, elegant, cashmere recently. Yakup Yucel, general manager, introduced his company, products and business targets.
On his business career and his company
I have been in business since my youth days. By 2002 I served at marketing and sales departments of several companies. In 2003 I founded my own business as a supplier of home appliance including mattresses. Following a dispute with one of may suppliers of beds; I decided to produce mattresses in 2009. I registered Drowsy brand for our beds.
On manufacturing facility
We produce in our factory of 2,000 sqm. We prepare new catalogs for every year. We use the best quality inputs in our manufacturing process. We have both newest machinery and experienced personnel.
All products are designed by in-house team. We try to differentiate our products. We know about the problems of sleep and try to offer the best solution.
On products and latest trends
We have several kind of beds, each named accordingly. Exclusive pocket spring beds are made for differing stress levels on five zone of the body.
Elegant special orthopedic beds, is for using for long periods. It supports back and belly and has the all-necessary comfort. It was prepared by Hercules spring system. It prevents perspiration during sleep.
Cashmere class with pad beds has separable pads for quality sleep. Cashmere is good for aches at belly, back, and for posture defects. It provides a continuous sleep at night.
Platinum Ultra double pad models have silver ions to remove stress and electric charges. It is anti-stress, anti-bacterial, and anti-allergic. One side is softer and other side is harder.
Goldline Air File pad models have a hidden pad made of birds feather. Other side is made of harder materials. Fabrics are of knitted type in this model.
Relax full orthopedic model also has Hercules spring systems and is ultra orthopedic. It supports spine completely and is ideal for those who seek highest comfort in sleep.
On exports and some comments
Earlier we exported to Iran and Iraq. We focused on domestic market. However, we seek opportunities in markets abroad.
We want to improve our brand’s position in the industry. Besides we aimed to increase number of retailers that sell our products. Mattresses are important for the comfort of body.
