Located in Ankara, Sun-Sa produces mattresses and bed bases in its factory of 8 thousand square meters and exports 30 percent of them. Mahmut Ayca, general coordinator of the company, informed about his company.
On exports
We especially prefer hotel projects in the markets abroad. We have distributors in Sweden, Germany, England, Greece, Switzerland, Italy, Holland, Dubai, Iran, Iraq, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Cyprus.
On domestic market
We have been in the market for 36 years in Turkey. We keep growing in this market as well. We have seven showrooms in Ankara and one in Istanbul. Besides, we have distributors in 15 cities including Antalya, Mersin and Tokat. We also have 35 corners in 35 points that sells Sun-Sa beds.
On manufacturing facility
Our factory in Ankara covers 8 thousand sqm. where we produce beds and bases. We buy springs and foams and other materials and made them beds in our facility. We can produce about 300 beds daily. They are made to latest trends. Especially, our latex beds have been attracting great interest of buyers. They are made of natural bamboo fabrics and user and health friendly products. We have visco beds as well.
We think that market price in the sector is rather low because there are many producers that have only some machinery and entered in the market. 2013 was good for us, we expect better results in 2014.
