We have recently interviewed Fatih Mutlu, Chairman of the Board, Berfa Group. Co. Head quartered in Kayseri. He focused on the significance of quality raw materials from the standpoint of mattress industry.
Could you inform us on the activities of Berfa?

Based on your vast experience in the industry, how do you evaluate the future of the sector?
As known, permanent change is the rule of the game in the global markets. We think that technology and competitive power would always be the two keys for the survival of the sector. So, we should not underestimate the rules of the game.
Could you comment on the export performance of the sector with special reference to Kayseri?
Industrialists and exporters operating in Kayseri should put emphasis on innovation and brandnew products as usual if they are to survive in global markets. Kayseri should continue to keep the pulse of its customers around the globe in each continent, thereby building loyalty through the introduction of relevant and innovative solutions geared to the needs of consumer lifestyles.
